Association for the Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured (ARBI)

The Association for the Rehabilitation of the Brain Injured (ARBI) offers hope to people who have been devastated by a severe brain injury. Since 1978 we have been providing long-term, intensive therapy and support to individuals who have survived brain injury. Whether the injury is a traumatic brain injury or a medically related brain injury such as a stroke, ARBI’s unique approach ensures everyone receives high quality care to meet his/her individual needs. Through the collaborative teamwork of the volunteers, therapists and ARBI staff the clients are supported through their journey of pursuing their rehabilitation goals.

About Our Volunteer Program

Volunteers are the foundation to ARBI’s successful rehabilitation program delivery. This unique service delivery model utilizes trained volunteers to deliver personalized rehabilitation programs under the direction of ARBI staff.
The volunteer program is designed to recruit and maintain a strong portfolio of dedicated and highly trained volunteers. Each day brings a different group of volunteers from all walks of life whose reasons for volunteering are as varied as the individuals themselves.
