Deaf & Hear Strengthens Stakeholder Relationships
When Deaf & Hear Alberta changed their name in 2013, they received some challenging feedback from their stakeholders. With the goal of better understanding their stakeholders’ views and needs, creating a proactive engagement plan and strengthening the understanding of the rebrand, Deaf & Hear applied, and successfully received a Transform Your Story grant from Chevron.

Working through Propellus’ consulting services, they were able to engage a consultant that could facilitate stakeholder sessions without bias, to really get to the heart of the issues. This work has even helped them gather feedback to improve their services. Now they have a plan and know the next steps to work through. They’re well on their way.
